This BART Station Modification project expands the existing passenger platform as well as the over-station roof canopy, demolishes existing structures, and increases accessibility through the addition of new stairs, escalators, and elevators. Sierra Engineering Group’s responsibilities include performing Preliminary Engineering design, preparing plans, in sections. Our staff also assists by providing technical support, providing comprehensive quality assurance, reviewing calculations, scheduling/maintaining project milestones and following up with all aspects of the project.
